Before giving you any advice, it's important I know all about you, your situation, priorities, and any concerns or worries you have. I believe you should have some time to talk things through, raise questions, dig into things you're curious about, and check you're comfortable too, without worrying about being "sold" something, or pressured! Some personal support and guidance can be valuable even at times where you're not looking to make a change, or are planning for the future.
Perfect if you're after specific, or generic, advice on anything mortgage, insurance, estate planning related, or, you just find 'all things money' a little stressful and would like a friendly, safe space to talk through a worry with an empathetic, experienced, ear with NO commitment and NO pressure.
As the first step toward any new project or application too, the fee paid is deducted from the cost of any other service fee if instructed within 14 days of our meeting if the time is right for you!
After assisting you with your mortgage, or re-mortgage, I suggest we take some time to make sure you're protected against any preventable financial hardship or risks. There are some fascinating insurance contracts out there for everything from paying your mortgage off if you die, to a lump sum if you get really ill, and even that will provide an income if you're off work sick! As I'm already up to date on your situation, this meting is offered FREE within 12 months of any mortgage advice!!
When you're within six months of the end of any mortgage "deal", so a fixed rate, or discounted deal etc, which I arranged for you, part of my service is to offer you a totally free of charge chat over your options both from your current lender AND the whole of the market. I value the trust you place in me, so am happy to offer an end of deal review for free, and, if it does turn our to be best to stay with your current lender, I can usually sort that for you for no charge too! As an independent firm, my advice is not based on the preferred lender of a large business, but on your current situation, your plans, priorities, and ensure I understand what's important to YOU. I have no ties to any estate agent, or builder, and never take incentives or commission from these firms as I work for you, not them. My priority is getting the most suitable outcome for you, no one else.
My fee for providing personalised mortgage or re-mortgage advice on your home is always £379. No hidden fees. No "Lifetime" contracts. I will also usually receive a commission from the lender, and this, combined with the fee you pay, covers the cost of advising on, and arranging, your mortgage. Remember, it's only £200 if paid within 14 days of any meeting!
If your current mortgage 'deal' (fixed rate / discounted rate etc) is coming to an end, rather than just clicking online or accepting what's offered, let's talk it over first. There's no charge to chat, and, if the best thing is to stay with your current lender, I can usually organise this for you, and usually the lender pays for our time too so there's no fee for you to pay and you get the same deal AND with some independent advice on top!
For people with less than three mortgaged buy to let properties, my fee for working with you on securing the best deal is £629. Often people find the service of an independent and experienced adviser invaluable in securing the best deal, many of which aren't available directly! NOTE: I no longer offer advice to portfolio landlords or to those who own properties through limited companies.

Yep, no fee for advising on, and arranging, any of the insurances below if you decide to proceed with any applications after our meeting! My time and costs are covered in full by commission paid by the insurance provider. If you choose not to take any policy out, for any reason, you don't owe me anything.
It's something most people tend to put off, and it's really not a subject many of us relish the thought of talking about, but, what happens when you die? I can help with simple, or more complex, Wills and other estate planning strategies. Everyone's circumstances are different, so any meeting about your Will is led by you, but guided by me. Never any pressure, or any rush.
